B1G2 Technologies International Inc. ("B1G2", "we") respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. This policy explains what we collect on b1g2.io, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run and protect the website.
- Contact and quote forms: your name, email, company, phone number, subject and message.
- Partner applications: your name, company, email, phone number and message.
- Website chat (Randy): the messages you type, the page you were on, and any name, company, email or phone number you share.
- Technical data: aggregated visitor statistics (pages viewed, country, device type and referring site) and short-lived security records such as IP addresses used to block spam and abuse.
Why we use it
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
- To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and arrange a proof of concept you request.
- To provide support for products and services you have bought through us.
- To review partner applications.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Website chat
Randy is an automated assistant, not a person. Your chat messages are processed by an AI service to generate replies and are saved so our team can follow up. Please do not share passwords, licence keys or other sensitive information in the chat.
Who processes your data
We use trusted service providers to run the website: website hosting, database, email delivery, bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and an AI service for the chat. They process data only on our instructions. Some of these providers store data on servers outside the Philippines; we use providers that apply appropriate security safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Chat conversations are deleted automatically after 12 months, or 24 months when you left contact details for follow-up.
- Inquiries, quotations and partner applications are kept only as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business and legal record-keeping.
- Security records are kept for a short period.
How we protect it
Access to your data is limited to authorised B1G2 staff. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our database, spam protection and regular security testing.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your personal data, to object, to correct it, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, and to claim damages. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
